In this live workshop on Zoom, you will learn exercises to help you to manage strong emotions with greater ease.
You will learn how to get a different perspective on your emotions, so that they don’t take over.
You will learn to observe them rather than ‘become’ them. You will be able to make space for them and welcome whatever is alive in you – even if it is challenging.
I will be draw on tools from Whole Body Focusing and Voice Dialogues in this workshop
